Item did not arrive, refund offered and accepted now told to wait longer for item I will not be here to receive

I bought a present for a friend in good time. Delivery date kept being pushed back. The birthday came & went and still no sign of my present - v disappointed

I am so disappointed, I have been waiting for a gift to be delivered for a friends new baby for months now. Customer service told me that the delivery had been refused. On further investigation it transpired that the courier had attempted to deliver the gift to the wrong address. I have spoken to customer service several times now but the issue has still not been resolved. The partner is refusing to re deliver to the correct address as they claim it is not their fault. They want me to pay the postage again. Why should I pay again for something that is clearly not my fault! NOTHS need to arrange re delivery and resolve the issue with their partner direct.

I have very recently used NOTH for my grandson’s graduation present.
I needed to send some images to the independent designer to work on but unfortunately I signed out of NOTH as a guest which meant I didn’t open an account to be able to contact the seller!
I emailed NOTH and within 24 hours my images were sent for me and a conformation email from Izzy confirmed this had been done with a message reply from the seller saying the images were fine. My mind was put to rest in the knowledge my gift would be exactly as I wanted it to look ! Will definitely use NOTH again !

Bought something not fit for purpose and rang customer service and had absolutely shocking service and did not want to know , so warning be careful when you sue this site , the sellers can basically deny you a refund and there’s nothing you can do . I will however be taking it further. Disappointed in the customer care . Don’t use this company .

I was told the date my order would arrive, it didn’t. So I emailed the maker, Danielle Susan Barker Gifts, and received no message back or any information apart from that my order was ‘accepted’.

I ordered some flower seeds as a treat to myself and they arrived quickly, packaged beautifully and were great value for money. Such thought and care had been taken when it arrived - loved it! Will definitely order from this business again

I had an issue with personalisation and this was sorted swiftly and my candle arrived beautifully packaged this morning.

Disgusted.
I bought a drinks tray for €60 euro, it arrive smashed, after multiple attempts and emails and a photo of the item, I received no email. I understand things break and its very annoying but out of the company's control, but to just ignore numerous emails and not bother to give me a refund or exchange is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is cat. Your taking your chances with this company, don't by anything that you think could be damaged in delivery because they won't contact you about a refund or replacement.
